Personas, Customer Journey, Interviews, hypothesengetriebenes Arbeiten, etc.) und zur Prasentation vor Entscheidungstrager:innen (z.B. Business Model Canvas, Marktanalyse, Pitch Training) Pilotierung: Coaching und laufende Betreuung von internen und/oder externen Innovationsteams uber mehrere Monate hinweg Unterstutzung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung eines geeigneten Pilotierungssetup fur ein intensives Nutzer:innentesting Erstellung von (digitalen) Prototypen und Hosting zum Zweck der Pilotierung Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops und anderen Formaten fur die iterative Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Prototyps (z.B.
