Das Gebaude ist in einer eingeschossigen Massivbauweise zu errichten. Fur die Verkabelung ist je nach Bedarf der Fachdienste ein Doppelboden, Kollektor, etc.. vorzusehen. Die Technikraume sind mit Unterbrandabschnitten auszubilden. Es ist folgender Raumbedarf gegeben (ca.) : LS 72 m2 + 8 m2 LS Batterie / TK 25 m2 / ET 25 m2 Bebaute Flache: max. 150m2 Abbruch Gutermagazin, Rampe & Stellwerkgebaude 1&2 Nach Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme des neuen Technikgebaudes wird das bestehende Gutermagazin inkl. Rampe abgebrochen. Da sich auf der Rampe ein OL Masten befindet sind Sicherungsmassnahmen zu treffen. Weiters sind 2 Stellwerkgebaude im Gleisbereich abzubrechen. Fur die gesamten Abbruche ist Abbruchkonzept ist erforderlich. Nach Abbruch der Gebaude sind die Freiflachen neu zu gestalten (Rekultivierung, Befestigung, Parkplatze, etc..)Awards
