Die Tatigkeiten von ,,C-ROADS Austria" werden durch ein ,,Grand Agreement" zwischen der ,,Innovation and Networks Executive Agency" (INEA) und dem Bundesministerium fur Verkehr, Innovation und Technologie (BMVIT) geregelt und werden von ASFINAG und AustriaTech umgesetzt. Das C-ROADS Grand Agreement sieht einen ,,C-ROADS Pilot Austria" vor: eine Anzahl an sendebereiten C-ITS Strasseneinheiten auf dem ASFINAG Strassennetz, die mit einer C-ITS Zentraleinheit verbunden sind und die in C-ROADS harmonisierten C-ITS Dienste aussenden und empfangen konnen. Dieser Pilot soll den C-ROADS Teilnehmern und anderen C-ITS Interessierten im Jahr 2020 fur Tests zur Verfugung stehen. Durch die Ablehnung des Delegierten Rechtsakts zu C-ITS kann dieser Pilot nicht durch den operativen C-ITS Rollout realisiert werden. Daher wird eine Direktvergabe zur Erfullung der Leistungen des ,,C-ROADS Pilot Austria" veroffentlicht. In dieser soll das bestehende C-ITS System eines der Teilnehmer des ECo-AT ,,Living Labs" (Kapsch TrafficCom, Siemens, Swarco) so ertuchtigt werden, dass dieses die Bedingungen des bestehenden Grand Agreements zwischen INEA und BMVIT erfullt und im Jahr 2020 fur Tests zur Verfugung gestellt und operativ gehalten wird.Awards
