Ein wichtiger Aspekt der Kooperation war die gemeinsame Generierung von intellektuellen Urheberrechten (IPR), wie beschrieben in Kapitel 3 des Kooperationsvertrages. Zu diesem Zweck wurde bereits ein erster Rahmenvertrag mit der Patentanwaltskanzlei Wilhelm & Beck abgeschlossen (Kontrakt 302200923). Bei der vorliegenden Direktvergabe handelt es sich um eine weitere Ausschreibung, da die Weiterverfolgung der IPR, insbesondere die Nationalisierung bzw. Regionalisierung bereits getatigter Patentanmeldungen, auch nach Ende der Kooperation die Beauftragung von Beratungsleistungen einer Patentanwaltskanzlei erforderlich macht. BasisangebotAwards
