Untergeschoss des Gebaudes aufgestellt sind durchgefuhrt. Samtliche Raume sind mit mechanischen Luftungsanlagen ausgestattet. Die Aufstellung der Luftungsgerate erfolgt in 2 Luftungs-zentralen im 1. Untergeschoss. Die sanitaren Anlagen werden zentral im 1. Untergeschoss und im Turm untergebracht. Aufgrund der Lage des offentlichen Kanales werden die Abwasser mit Hebeanlagen gepummpt.Awards
