Voor de evaluatie van de offertes gaan we uit van 140 hospitality-TV's en 15 signageschermen. TV is een belangrijk element in de leefwereld van de residenten in de woonzorgcentra. We stellen vast dat het TV-toestel niet meer louter een one way medium is waarlangs TV-zenders content aanbieden. Technologie laat voorzieningen toe om zelf content aan te bieden aan bewoners en personeel om te communiceren, ... Het voorstel van de aanbieder incorporeert deze nieuwe technologische mogelijkheden, is gebruiksvriendelijk voor bewoners en beheerders, en werkt ontzorgend voor dezelfde bewoner en het woonzorgcentrum. De opdracht wordt opgevat als raamcontract waar in de eerste plaats onze andere woonzorgcentra, maar ook andere diensten van Stad en OCMW Kortrijk gedurende de looptijd van de opdracht, kunnen van afnemen.Awards
