Sommige decentrale diensten werken in meerdere of mindere zin autonoom. Doch in het algemeen biedt de centrale administratie ondersteuning in facilitair beheer (o.a. onderhoud gebouwen, centrale aankoopprocedures, schoonmaak) aan de decentrale diensten. Het provinciale patrimonium beslaat een 80tal sites met een 400 gebouwen.Het bestuur is op zoek naar software voor de ondersteuning en het beheer van de facilitaire processen en dient hetzelfde softwarepakket zowel door de centrale als de decentrale diensten gebruikt te worden. Het pakket dient een integratie en uitwisseling te bieden met bestaande platformen, systemen en databanken. Er wordt hierbij veel belang gehecht aan de beheersbaarheid van het systeem: het maatwerk dient beperkt te worden tot een minimum door gebruik te maken van parameteriseerbare standaardsoftware.Awards
