Buying entity🇧🇪 OCMW Buying unitnot reported Publication date2016-08-30 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionIn het kader van omzendbrief BA2000/14 aangevuld door omzendbrief BA2001/03 inzake toelichting bij het sectoraal akkoord 1999-2001 voor het personeel van de lokale overheden, uitgaande van de Vlaamse minister van binnenlandse aangelegenheden dient het gemeentebestuur Hamme en het OCMW Hamme (verzekeringsnemers), gratis een hospitalisatieverzekering aan te bieden aan hun personeelsleden (hierna vernoemd de hoofdverzekerden), volgens onderhavig bijzondere bestekvoorwaarden.De aansluiting van de hoofdverzekerden gebeurt evenwel op vrijwillige basis.Daarnaast werd beslist:1. de hoofdverzekerden die na 1.1.2017 op pensioen gaan of werden gesteld -- ook de pensioengestelde omwille van medische redenen -- de mogelijkheid aan te bieden deze collectieve verzekering verder te zetten;2. de echtgenoten, levenspartners en kinderen die thuis gedomicilieerd zijn de mogelijkheid te bieden op eigen kosten tot deze collectieve verzekering toe te treden;3. dat de personen die op dit ogenblik aangesloten zijn op onze huidige hospitalisatieverzekering, (ook de gepensioneerden en hun gezinsleden) de mogelijkheid krijgen hun aansluiting verder te zetten op basis van de nieuwe collectieve verzekering.Awards
