Duree du marche Le marche sera conclu pour une duree initiale de 2 ans, reconductible tacitement 2 fois pour des termes successifs d'1 an, portant ainsi la duree maximale du marche a 4 ans (2+1+1). Au plus tard 3 mois avant l'echeance du terme en cours, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra renoncer a la reconduction tacite. Cette renonciation ne devra pas etre motivee et ne donnera aucun droit a dedommagement dans le chef des adjudicataires. Les commandes emises avant la date d'expiration du marche demeureront executables. Valeur estimee du marche Sur base des donnees d'achat actuelles du pouvoir adjudicateur, la valeur du marche est estimee a un montant annuel d'environ 500.000 EU HTVA, soit 2.000.000 EU HTVA pour la duree totale maximale du marche (4 ans).Awards
