The contract will provide technical assistance (TA) to EU Delegations and EU HQ, in order to better coordinate with the EU Member States, to deliver greater sustainable impact and transformational change in the partner countries by pulling our resources together and to establish TE leading role and its visible brand on the global stage. The TA will include facilitation of dialogue, communication and visibility actions, as well as support to TE Initiatives implementation and monitoring, TE ODA reporting, documentation of results and operational knowledge, capacity development and training, joint programming and joint implementation.
