La demolition complete des constructions existantes sur une parcelle du site Tivoli situe rue Lefevre a 1020 Bruxelles. La superficie de la parcelle est de 9 822 m2.2. La construction d'un batiment d'une superficie de 8 320 m2 planchers hors sol abritant l'ensemble Feder Brussels Greenbizz. Il comprend un incubateur d'entreprises a vocation environnementale (2 815 m2) passif et des ateliers de productions de biens materiels (5.505 m2) basse energie. Les fonctions sont reparties de la maniere suivante :-- le rez-de-chaussee regroupant les fonctions communes aux usagers (accueil, administration, salle polyvalente et cafeteria), les fonctions de production (ateliers avec sol d'une portance de 1,5 tonnes/m2 et ateliers avec sol d'une portance de 3 tonnes/m2) et 33 emplacements velos repartis entre un local interieur et un espace exterieur couvert.-- la mezzanine accessible depuis le hall du rez-de-chaussee regroupant les fonctions administratives et de representation (lobby et salles de reunion).-- l'etage est destine a l'incubateur regroupant les espaces paysagers ou cloisonnes pour le developpement des spin-off (modules et co-working).-- le sous-sol est destine aux espaces techniques, au local de tri-dechets et au parking (56 places voitures/camionnettes et 5 places motos) du projet Feder Brussels Greenbizz.3. La creation d'une place semi-publique et l'amenagement des abords du batiment. La place semi-publique articule le passage entre les deux ensembles (Brussels Greenbizz et le futur batiment de promotion hors present marche) tout en renforcant la continuite pietonne entre le site de Tour et Taxis et le site Tivoli.Awards
