De contractsluiting met de opdrachtnemer, na de gunning van de opdracht door de bestuursorganen van IOK, gebeurt door elk bestuur apart, elk voor hun deel. De uitvoering gebeurt tevens door en voor elk van deze besturen (bv. bestelling op afroep, facturatie, betaling, ...). De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamcontract voor 4 jaar voor de aankoop van verkeersborden, signalisatie en plooibare materialen, waarbij de deelnemers aan deze groepsaankoop...(zie opdrachtdocumenten).Awards
