Il s'agit de mettre a jour le Georeferentiel et en particulier sa composante topographique vectorielle, le PICC (<< Projet Informatique de Cartographie Continue >>).Le Georeferentiel wallon est l'ensemble des geodonnees et les objets geographiques uniques et authentiques, agrees par le Gouvernement, necessaires au positionnement des geodonnees thematiques.Le marche est divise en cinq lots, chaque lot correspondant a une province de la region wallonne.Le pouvoir adjudicateur attribue un ou deux lots maximum a un soumissionnaire lors de la passation de marche.Le marche est fractionne en tranche ferme et en tranches conditionnelles d'une duree de un an. La conclusion du marche porte sur l'ensemble du marche, mais n'engage le pouvoir adjudicateur que pour la tranche ferme. L'execution des tranches conditionnelles est subordonnee a une decision du pouvoir adjudicateur portee a la connaissance de l'adjudicataire.Awards
