Het gaat onder meer om de volgende diensten:-- beheer van de installaties, evenals de opvolging van hun werking,-- preventief en correctief onderhoud,-- pechverhelping (contractueel vastgelegd),-- buitencontractuele werken.De technische installaties die onderwerp zijn van onderhavige opdracht zijn o.a.: HVAC, UPS, elektriciteitsinstallaties, brandbeveiligings- en blusinstallaties, loodgieterij, keukeninstallaties, inbraakdetectie en toegangscontrole, keuringen,...In een later stadium zullen de uit te voeren werken gepreciseerd worden.Een deel van het beheer, het klassieke huurdersonderhoud, zal opgevangen worden door de interne klusjesdienst van Provincie Antwerpen.Awards
