De bestaande koelinstallaties moeten vernieuwd worden. Hiernaast zal de opdrachtnemer ook instaan voor de inrichting van de bar van de nieuwe vrijetijdssite in Bavikhove. Dit zal gebeuren volgens de bijgevoegde eisen van de architect. Draagwijdte van de opdracht Ten indicatieve titel worden de hoeveelheden in de inventaris weergegeven. Deze inventaris geldt voor de volledige looptijd van de opdracht en voor alle locaties. Deze raming is indicatief, de inschrijver kan geen schadevergoeding vragen indien dit bedrag niet behaald of overschreden wordt. Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht, erkent de inschrijver de omvang van de opdracht te kennen en bevestigt hij de leveringen voor elke locatie gelijkwaardig uit te kunnen voeren. Exclusiviteit De aanbestedende overheid verbindt zich ertoe om alle dranken uit de inventaris af te nemen bij de opdrachtnemer. Indien voor een bepaalde gelegenheid een drank niet beschikbaar is via de opdrachtnemer van deze raamovereenkomst, kan de aanbestedende overheid elders deze aankopen verrichten zonder dat hiervoor enige schadevergoeding verschuldigd is. De aanbestedende overheid is in dit geval zelf verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van het leeggoed.Awards
