Au sein de ce programme, une partie de la numerisation est assuree par les institutions et le reste est externalise via des marches publics de services (procedure ouverte au niveau europeen d'une duree de 4 ans eventuellement prolongeable de 1 an) coordonne par Belspo. Une nouvelle phase du programme DIGIT-04 (s'etendant de 2019 a 2024) a debute en janvier de cette annee. Dans le cadre de cette nouvelle phase, nous allons prochainement lancer un marche de service pour la numerisation de 2 lots: grands formats (a partir de A0), videos (differents supports et formats). Au sein de chaque lot, on fonctionnera par projet. Il faut compter 1 a 3 projets par institution et 3 a 5 institutions concernees suivants les lots. Pour ce marche, on va partir de quantites presumees qui seront indiquees dans le cahier des charges.Awards
