Buying entity🇧🇪 STIB-Infras-BA (Buildings & Access) Buying unitnot reported Publication date2011-04-21 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionDe opdracht heeft als voorwerp alle onderhoudsprestaties voor roltrappen van verschillende merken, zich bevindend in de Brusselse metro- en premetrostations.De opdracht wordt opgesplitst in 2 afzonderlijke loten die zowel globaal als afzonderlijk gegund kunnen worden.Lot 1 heeft betrekking op het onderhoud van 213 toestellen (mogelijke evolutie) en lot 2 op het onderhoud van 79 toestellen (mogelijke evolutie).De prestaties omvatten het geheel van het cyclisch onderhoud, de depannages en de herstellings- en vernieuwingswerken.De opdracht omvat 2 delen voor elk van deze 2 loten:-- deel 1: onderhoudsprestaties (onderhoud, depannages en herstellingen) = +- 45 %,-- deel 2: vernieuwingswerken = +- 55 %.Het contract zal afgesloten worden voor een duur van 5 jaar met mogelijkheid tot jaarlijkse verbreking op de verjaardatum, voorbehouden aan de 2 partijen mits een opzegtermijn, via aangetekend schrijven, van 6 (zes) maanden voor de vervaldatum gedurende de eerste 4 jaar en tot verbreking om de 6 maanden tijdens het 5e jaar, voorbehouden aan de 2 partijen mits een opzegtermijn, via aangetekend schrijven, van 3 (drie) maanden voor de vervaldatum.De aandacht van de kandidaat-ondernemingen wordt gevestigd op het feit dat de omzendbrief van de minister-president van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest en het bijgevoegde vademecum van 21.1.1999 betreffende de invoeging van sociale clausules in de overheidsopdrachten binnen het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest van toepassing zijn voor deze opdracht.Awards
