Ces 3 organisations ont centralise leurs services facilitaires dans une seule entite, appelee << 1FM >>. 1FM travaille de maniere autonome et, outre le nettoyage, elle est egalement responsable de la securite, de la reception, des evenements et de la gestion des dechets. 1FM dispose egalement de sa propre centrale d'achat. Les batiments concernes sont situes dans toute la Belgique et leur nettoyage est en partie sous-traite a des parties externes et en partie effectue par du propre personnel de nettoyage du groupe "1FM". Le marche est divise en deux lots sur une base territoriale. - Lot 1 : Nettoyage des locaux, vitres et enseignes du siege central (Avenue Galilee 5 ; 1210 Bruxelles) - Lot 2 : Nettoyage des locaux et vitres des 18 centres provinciaux situees en Belgique.Awards
