De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel 1 "Aankoop van een PIT-wagen" Perceel 2 "Huur van een PIT-wagen" Er zal slechts 1 perceel gegund worden afhankelijk van de TCO kost en de leveringstermijn. Binnen perceel 1 zal de inschrijver, naast de aankoop van het voertuig, een voorstel aanbieden voor het afsluiten van een onderhoudscontract over 4 jaar dat in geval van aanvaarding zal starten na de levering van het voertuig. Het onderhoudscontract is enkel geldig voor de wagen, niet voor het ombouwaspect . De duurtijd van de overeenkomst is voor een periode van 4 jaar met +-55 .000km/ jaar of maximaal 240.000km . Er wordt daarnaast ook een onderhoudscontract voorzien voor de aangeboden brancard voor een periode van 4 jaar. Voor perceel 2 -huur: De huurformule bevat een all-in prijs op maand basis. Zaken zoals verzekering, inschrijving, onderhoud, vervangwagen, enz. zijn steeds inbegrepen. Zie ook verdere details hieromtrent in het lastenboek onder hoofdstuk "Technische bepalingen".
