Binnen elk van de 3 percelen kunnen meerdere opdrachthouders aangesteld worden.De 3 percelen zijn:1. sensibilisering, bewustmaking, beeldvorming rond ondernemerschap (maximaal 7 dienstverleners zullen aangesteld worden);2. begeleiding over levensfases heen met focus (pre)start en aandacht voor toegang tot financiering (investor readiness en continuiteit), financiele geletterdheid, ondersteuning bedrijven in moeilijkheden, doorstart/herstart gefailleerden, opvolging en overname (maximaal 5 dienstverleners zullen aangesteld worden);3. netwerking gericht op (hoge) groeibedrijven (maximaal 5 dienstverleners zullen aangesteld worden).Deze opdracht is het resultaat van een traject van strategievorming dat het Agentschap Ondernemen samen met haar belangrijkste stakeholders doorliep in het voorjaar 2015. De Vlaamse Regering nam naar aanleiding daarvan een princiepsbeslissing over de conceptnota inzake het stimuleren van ondernemerschap op 17.7.2015. De strategische adviesraden SERV en VRWI brachten advies uit over deze conceptnota.Dit bestek voert de principebeslissing van de Vlaamse Regering uit.Als bijlage bij het bestek wordt dan ook de conceptnota aan de Vlaamse Regering gevoegd ,,Ondernemerschap stimuleren via het vernieuwde Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen" en de bijlage bij deze conceptnota ,,visienota meer en ambitieuzer ondernemerschap. Ondernemerschap stimuleren vanuit het Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen (AIO)".Awards
