La presente entreprise a pour objet les travaux, fournitures, transports, main d'oeuvre et tous moyens d'execution relatifs aux lots 1 a 8 de la phase 1 relative au reconditionnement et a l'extension du site Saint-Vincent du Centre hospitalier de Dinant, situe a la Rue Saint-Jacques 501, a 5500 Dinant, BELGIQUE.Le projet concerne les blocs A, B, C, D (partiel) et F ;Les niveaux faisant l'objet de la presente entreprise sont :- le niveau -2 (A, B, C, F), de plain pied avec le terrain en facade Sud (blocs A et B).- le niveau -1 (A, B, C, F), de plain pied avec le terrain en facade Est (blocs A et B).- le niveau 0 (A, B, C, D, F), avec passerelles de liaisons vers l'exterieur cote Nord (bloc F)- le niveau +1 (A, B, C, F) partiel en construction neuve).- le niveau +2 (B, C).Le projet comporte essentiellement des travaux de renovation, a concurrence de +/-11 600 m2 ; il existe neanmoins 3 extensions neuves, venant s'intercaler entre 2 blocs existants, ou jouxter un service a agrandir ; la superficie des constructions neuves est de 320 m2.Le marche comporte 8 lots repartis comme suit :- Lot 1 : Demolitions, gros oeuvre ferme et stabilite. Il s'agit d'un "lot pilote" qui gerera et coordonnera les lots 2 a 8 durant tout le chantier;- Lot 2 (entreprise pilotee) : Parachevement;- Lot 3 (entreprise pilotee) : Mobilier integre;- Lot 4 (entreprise pilotee) : Electricite (courant fort/faible - Data - D.I. (detection incendie);- Lot 5 (entreprise pilotee) : HVAC;- Lot 6 (entreprise pilotee) : Sanitaires et Fluides medicaux;- Lot 7 (entreprise pilotee) : Ascenseurs;- Lot 8 (entreprise pilotee) : Installation de "Transport pneumatique".Remarque : Une visite des lieux est exigee et l'attestation de visite delivree par le delegue du maitre de l'ouvrage doit etre jointe a l'offre.Awards
