De producten dienen zowel in batch als op een transportband te kunnen worden gedroogd of verhit. Bij het batch drogen of verhitten dient het product continu in beweging (draaien of trillen) te zijn. Tijdens het drogen of verhitten van voedingsmiddelen dient de temperatuur van de voedingswaren en het gewichtsverlies van deze constant te kunnen worden opgevolgd m.b.v. aangepaste software. Verwerking van de opgeslagen data dient mogelijk te zijn. De oven dient te beschikken over de nodige detectoren (o.a. lekdetectie) in functie van de veiligheid. Verzending, installatie en opleiding ter plaatse dient te worden voorzien. Naast de bouw van deze microgolf-vacuum oven dienen de dielektrische eigenschappen (dielektrische constante en verliesfactor) van 6 voedingswaren te worden bepaald.Awards
