Der geplante Bauplatz liegt gegenuber dem Neubaugebiet der sogenannten "HafenCity" und hat eine dementsprechende stadtebauliche Bedeutung.Es existiert eine Machbarkeitsstudie, die in mehreren Varianten das gewunschte Raumprogramm in Baukorper fasst. Um eine zugige Abarbeitung der Aufgabe zu gewahrleisten, sind daher die vorliegenden Ergebnisse als gegeben anzusehen, die weitere Bearbeitung ist darauf aufzubauen.Der vorgesehene Baukorper wird bei einer Geschossigkeit von IV eine Bruttogrundflache von etwa 6 800 qm aufweisen. Da das Baufeld bei Hochwasser teilweise uberflutet wird, sollte auf eine Unterkellerung verzichtet werden; von einer Pfahlgrundung ist auszugehen. Weiter ist eine Anbindung an einen Ponton im Hafenbecken zu planen sowie die das Gebaude umgebende Freiflache mit Carport, Stellplatzen und Grunanlage.Awards
