Prez 1974g. ot PS, s cel otdelno i nezavisimo zahranvane na bolnicata, e izgradena stomanena trba s diametr F 353 do ,,Cherniyat most" - po bul. ,,Novoselci". Vodoprovodnata mrezha na gr. Elin Pelin e silno amortizirana i avariite po neya sa ezhednevni. Celta i ochakvaniyat rezultat ot realiziraneto na obshchestvenata porchka e da se razraboti proekt vv faza ,,tehnicheski proekt" za rekonstrukciya i rehabilitaciya na vodoprovodnata mrezha na grada s priblizitelna dlzhina 30 km.Awards
