Radovi ce se odvijati u tri faze. Prva faza je rusenje i izgradnja u kojoj ce se prvo napraviti demontaza sokla zavrsne obloge zajedno s vezivnim sredstvom ukupne visine od 20 cm. Potom ce se pazljivo demontirati zavrsne obloge poda izvedene od PVC materijala, a nakon cega ce se pazljivo razbiti slovjevi poda sve do nosive konstrukcije. U drugoj fazi raznih radova postavit ce se kamena vuna uz pregradne i nosive zidove u debljini od 2 cm te ce se potom izvesti armirajuci cementni estrih debljine 8 cm. Nakon estriha izvest ce se izravnavajuci sloj reparaturnim mortom debljine sloja 0,5 cm. Nakon toga slijede radovi na postavljanju PVC podova koji ce ukljucivati postavu podne obloge od PVC-a.Awards
