Dugogodisnje koristenje dovelo je do pojave dotrajalosti postojece krovne i medukatne konstrukcije, te potrebe za zamjenom, odnosno sanacijom istih. Konstruktivnom sanacijom bi se saniralo postojecu drvenu medukatnu konstrukciju i uklonilo drvenu krovnu konstrukciju, koja u postojecem stanju zadire u prostor ucionice likovne kulture i otezava njezino koristenje. Drvena krovna konstrukcija bi se zamijenila laganom celicnom konstrukcijom koja bi omogucila otvorenost prostorije ucionice u novo planiranom (rekonstruiranom) stanju. Uz to bi se u toku izvodenja radova u potpunosti sanirao kompletni prostor ucionice (zidovi, oprema, instalacije i sl,).Awards
