Soucasti predmetu zakazky je rovnez rekonstrukce stavajicich vnitrnich a vnejsich rozvodu elektriky, plynu, kanalizace, vodovodu a vytapeni. Dale budou provedeny nove podlahove konstrukce a podhledy stropu. Cast stropu nad 1. NP bude zesilen ocelovymi nosniky, krov bude lokalne opraven a osetren, strecha zustane stavajici. V zadni casti budovy bude pristaven novy vytah. Bude se jednat o konstrukci, ktera staticky zajisti objekt a vyresi i bezbarierovy pristup do 1. NP objektu.
