V souladu s SS 35 ZZVZ, dle ktereho zadavatel muze rozdelit verejnou zakazku na vice casti, pokud tim neobejde povinnosti stanovene timto zakonem a stanovit pravidla pro ucast dodavatele v jednotlivych castech a pro zadani techto casti, zadavatel rozdelil tuto verejnou na 2 casti: * 1. cast stavebni prace - obchodni podminky jsou obsazeny v priloze c. 1a, * 2. cast gastro technologie - obchodni podminky jsou obsazeny v priloze c. 1b. Dodavatel je opravnen podat nabidku do kterekoliv casti verejne zakazky, do casti c. 1 ci 2 ci do obou casti. V takovem pripade je povinen vyplnit prislusny navrh smlouvy v podobe obchodnich podminek s tim, ze dodavatele obou casti maji povinnost pri realizaci dila spolupracovat.Awards
