Cilem zavedeni DNS je disponovat okruhem 10 skupin dodavatelu sluzeb technickeho dozoru stavebnika (,,TDS") a koordinatora bezpecnosti a ochrany zdravi pri praci (,,BOZP"), kteri budou schopni v reakci na aktualni potreby Zadavatele plnit predmet dilcich verejnych zakazek v prubehu doby zavedeni DNS. Vykonem TDS se rozumi: Stavebni dozor realizovany pro objednatele externim konzultantem, ktery je osobou odlisnou, jak od zhotovitele stavby, ve vztahu ke ktere je tento stavebni dozor realizovan, tak od objednatele, a ktery je na zhotoviteli teto stavby i na objednateli nezavisly, to zejmena majetkove. Rozsah poskytovanych sluzeb bude uveden vzdy v konkretni zakazce. Vykonem koordinatora BOZP se rozumi: Zajisteni vykonu koordinatora BOZP na stavenisti, ve fazi jeji realizace dle zakona c. 309/2006 Sb., kterym se upravuji dalsi pozadavky bezpecnosti a ochrAwards
