Uchazeci, se kterymi budou uzavreny smlouvy, budou pro zadavatele realizovat tyto stavebni prace:1. cast verejne zakazky - Regenerace sidliste: Predmetem 1. casti verejne zakazky je regenerace paneloveho sidliste, v jejimz ramci bude provedena uprava prostoru kolem bytovych domu c. p. 951-954 a c. p. 959-961, vystavba chodniku, parkovacich a kontejnerovych stani, rekonstrukce verejneho osvetleni, vybudovani tocny, vybudovani zpevnenych ploch pro mobiliar a odvodneni. Soucasti predmetu plneni jsou sadove upravy dotcene oblasti a dodavka a instalace noveho mobiliare.2. cast verejne zakazky - Regenerace rybniku:Predmetem 2. casti verejne zakazky je uprava stavajiciho rybniku. V ramci udrzby rybniku bude provedeno odtezeni nanosu bahna v cele plose. Brehy budou ocisteny od plevelnych a kerovych porostu. Na celou plochu bude ulozena netkana textilie a sterkopisek. Soucasti predmetu dila jsou i sadove upravy souvisejici s regeneraci rybniku.Awards
