K hlavnimu objektu bude priclenen krcek o rozmerech 18,5 m x 5,9 m, ktery bude soucasti skoly, tj. prvni etapy vystavby, a bude v budoucnu tvorit propojovaci cast s telocvicnou, ktera neni soucasti teto verejne zakazky, ani prvni etapy vystavby. Soucasti stavby je i vybudovani komunikaci - chodniku a prilehleho parkoviste. Stavba bude oddelena nove zbudovanym oplocenim, ktere tak funkcne oddeli pozemky pro vystavbu skoly a sousedni parcely.
