Dodavky jidel musi splnovat podminky stanovene vyhlaskou Ministerstva Zdravotnictvi c. 137/2004 Sb., o hygienickych pozadavcich na stravovaci sluzby a o zasadach osobni a provozni hygieny. Vzhledem k obecne epidemicke situaci musi byt oba dodavatele schopni na pozadani zadavatele dodavat do jidelny zadavatele jidla v uzavrenych zavarenych krabickach s tim, ze mohou zadavateli zvlast vyuctovat dodatecne balici naklady v maximalni vysi 12 Kc s DPH za jednu porci obeda.
