Objekt je z hlediska nosne konstrukce navrzen jako zdeny s pricnym nosnym systemem v kombinaci s podelnymi stenami u stredni chodby. V 1.PP bude nosne zdivo provedeno z betonovych prolevanych tvarovek v kombinaci s cihelnym zdivem. V ostatnich podlazich budou veskere konstrukce provedeny jako uceleny cihelny system. Cely objekt bude zateplen kontaktnim zateplovacim systemem s tepelnou izolaci z mineralni vaty. Zastreseni je navrzeno plochou strechou s atikou po celem obvodu strechy.Awards
