Objekt je podsklepeny, situovan je jako krajni dum v radove ulicni zastavbe. Ma tri nadzemni podlazi a podkrovi. Stresni konstrukce je sedlova. Stav stavebnich konstrukci odpovida stari objektu, primerene zanedbane udrzbe a skutecnosti, ze objekt neni obyvan. Objekt byl vyuzivan jako byty. Objekt bude upraven pro ubytovani celkem 15 osob s omezenou schopnosti pohybu a orientace. Jedna se o dospele osoby ve veku od 15 let. V objektu vzniknou 3 bytove jednotky, ktere budou situovany v 1.
