Technicke reseni rekonstrukce bude spocivat ve vymene puvodni Francisovy turbiny o prumeru obezneho kola 930 mm za novou Kaplanovu turbinu o maximalni dosazene hltnosti 6 m3/s vcetne nezbytneho prislusneho technologickeho zarizeni (generatoru, transformatoru, RS apod.) s minimalnimi stavebnimi upravami ve stavajici MVE.
