Resenym uzemim je areal ZS vybudovane v 80. letech 20. stoleti. Jedna se o typickou pavilonovou ZS, sestavajici ze sedmi vzajemne propojenych pavilonu. Nosna konstrukce stavby je tvorena z prefabrikovaneho skeletu se skrytymi pruvlaky, fasada je z betonovych panelu s dozdivkami. Strechy jednotlivych pavilonu jsou ploche s vnitrnimi vpustemi a atikami. Strechy pavilonu jsou reseny jako dvouplastove s vetranou mezerou mezi tepelnou izolaci a hydroizolaci. Architektonicke reseni stavby spociva v novem navrhu barevneho reseni stavby. Budou vymeneny vsechny vyplne otvoru (okna, dvere) a cely objekt bude zateplen. Rozmery okennich vyplni otvoru budou zachovany, bude drobne upraveno cleneni oken. Zpusob otevirani oken bude resen v dalsi projekcni fazi. Stavajici dverni otvory vcetne rozmeru a zpusobu otevirani budou zachovany, dojde pouze k vymene dveri. Vyplne otvoru kopilitovymi stenami budou nahrazeny zasklenim okny. Steny z boletickych panelu budou demontovany az na nosnou konstrukci. Tato nosna konstrukce bude rekonstruovana a na ni budou osazeny opet lehke fasadni panely a nova okna. Rozmery oken zustanou zachovany.Awards
