Mimo techto hlavnich stavebnich objektu jsou soucasti i prelozky inzenyrskych siti, nove verejne osvetleni, sadove upravy a mobiliar. Jedna se o I. etapu. Na tuto etapu bude navazovat rekonstrukce krizovatky Zemedelska x Blanicka x K Hajum x Osvobozeni, ktera bude zadavana v samostatnem zadavacim rizeni.Awards
