System zdroju tepla pro vytapeni kazde bytove jednotky bude resen pomoci nastenneho plynoveho kondenzacniho kombinovaneho kotle s integrovanym zasobnikem z uslechtile oceli 46 litru o vykonu 4,3 -19,0 kW. Vzhledem ke specifickym podminkam kvality vody jak pro ohrev TUV, tak vlastni otopne soustavy v kazde bytove jednotce je nutne dodrzet specifika navrzeneho kondenzacniho kotle.
