Stav.upravy jsou navrzeny tak, ze dojde k modernizaci objektu dle nove dispozice, oprave stresni krytiny a pristavbe chodby, prostoru, ktery je v soucasnosti prekryty presahem strechy. Zastresena spojovaci chodba bude zakryta drevenym krovem navazujicim na stavajici nosnou konstrukci strechy. Cela strecha objektu uceben i garaze bude nove pokryta plechovou krytinou, vc. klempirskych prvku a hromosvodu napojeneho na nove zemni vedeni. Stavajici obvodove zdivo objektu bude zatepleno, dojde k vymene okennich a dvernich vyplni za vyplne z izolacniho trojskla.
