Budova byla zbavena karcinogenniho materialu korkolit, probehly sanacni prace spojene s kontaminaci ropnymi latkami, stavba byla ukoncena a objekt provizorne zakonzervovan. Soucasti realizace je rovnez obnova historickeho objektu Administrativni vily, ktera je resena samostatnou DSP a samostatnym stavebnim povolenim, ktera bude po rekonstrukci slouzit zcasti pro administrativni ucely a zcasti (prevazna cast 1. NP) jako detska skupina pro max. 24 deti. Realizace bude probihat v koordinaci s hlavnim objektem TP Dronet.Awards
