Stavba je clenena na tri casti. Dva sedmipodlazni bytove domy s pronajimatelnym prizemim jsou propojene hmotou hromadnych garazi v prizemi. V resene casti objektu se nachazi celkem 30 bytu a obchodni prostory, ktere jsou orientovane do Vetrne ulice. Je navrzeno komplexni zatepleni objektu, ktere se krome sten tyka soklu a strechy. Budou vymenena vsechna okna a vstupni dvere, vcetne vsech stresnich oken. Pred zateplenim soklu budou rozebrany zpevnene plochy kolem domu a odtezen teren v tesne blizkosti objektu. Steny na jizni a vychodni strane domu budou v plose soklu sanovany proti vlhkosti a zaklady domu potom budou tepelne zaizolovany pomoci nenasakaveho izolantu hloubky 600 mm pod teren. Strecha bude dodatecne zaizolovana nadkrokevni izolaci. Ze strechy bude opatrne demontovana taskova krytina a ostatni prvky a konstrukce. Stavajici tepelna izolace bude odstranena az po parozabranu, ktera v konst strechy zustala.Awards
