Jedna se o rekonstrukci komunikace, ve stavajici trase, ktera je v souladu s platnym uzemnim planem. Po realizaci inzenyrskych siti je vozovka ve spatnem stavu. Na vozovce jsou vytluky vyplyvajici ze starnuti materialu/smesi. Na nekolika mistech byly v minulosti provedeny pricne prekopy. Soucasti tohoto projektu je vybudovani nove vozovky, parkovacich stani, vjezdu, zpomalovacich prahu a odvodneni. Vjezdy k RD jsou predmetem tohoto projektu pouze po hranici pozemku. Stavba se castecne nachazi v ochrannych pasmech inz. siti. Tento projekt neresi prelozky inzenyrskych siti, pouze stavajici sachty a soupata jsou upravena pro novy kryt. Stavbou nedojde ke kaceni vzrostle zelene. Z hlediska charakteru stavby neni v tomto stupni vyzadovano geologicke a hydrogeologicke posouzeni. Pripadne majetkopravni vyporadani s majiteli dotcenych pozemku dokumentace neresi a musi byt provedeno investorem pred zahajenim praci. Po skonceni stavebnich praci budou nezpevnene plochy ohumusovany a zatravneny.Blizsi specifikace je uvedena v bode 4 teto zadavaci dokumentace.Awards
