Det skal ske gennem et agilt/iterativt implementeringsforlob, hvor systemet konfigureres i samspil med de nodvendige tilpasninger af sagsprocesserne. Efter levering af losningen skal Leverandoren vedligeholde losningen, jf. vedligeholdelsesaftalen, der lober i 4 ar fra overtagelsesdagen med option(er) pa forlaengelse 2 + 2 ar.
