KAB har indgaet aftale med Batteriet K/S om kob af byggeret og en ejerlejlighed, nar denne lader sig udmatrikulere. Den pagaeldende bygning skal rumme andre ejerlejligheder ogsa, og Batteriet K/S har ansvaret for at koordinere disse arbejder.
