Projektet skal lobe i arene 2021 - 2024, men hvis relevant, har Styrelsen mulighed for at forlaenge kontraktperioden, med skriftligt varsel. Projektet omhandler indsamling af data for tilforsel af energi til havmiljoet, helt konkret den energi undervandsstoj tilfojer havmiljoet. Undervandsstoj stammer fra mange forskellige aktiviteter pa havet. Nogle lyde er helt naturlige, sasom bolgesprojt og dyrenes egne lyde, mens andre er menneskeskabte og kan forarsage direkte eller indirekte skader pa havets dyreliv. Generelt er der mangel pa viden, bade om den rummelige- og tidslige fordeling af stojudledningerne, samt i hvilket omfang dyrene pavirkes af disse lydudledninger. Der skelnes i havstrategien mellem 2 indikatorer. Den forste omhandler impulslyde, sasom ramning af monopaele til fundering af havvindmoller og seismiske surveys som anvendes i olieefterforskningen. Den anden er lavfrekvent vedvarende stoj i havene, som primaert stammer fra skibstrafik og som dette udbud omhandler.Awards
