Radnetanksanlaegget omfatter to eksisterende 2 400 m3 radnetanke, en ny ca. 120 m3 maskinbygning og et nyt trappetarn samt tilknyttede nye og eksisterende mindre bygvaerker og anlaegsdele.Naervaerende maskin- og el-entreprise omfatter i hovedtraek:a) Demontage af div. maskin- og el-installationer.b) Levering, montering, test og idriftsaettelse af div. maskin- og el-installationer - Herunder bl.a. slampumper, slamvarmevekslere, rorinstallationer inkl. armaturer og instrumenter for slam, vand, biogas, trykluft mv. samt tilhorende el-tavler og el-installationer.c) Detailprojektering af maskininstallationer og el-installationer.d) Planlaegning og koordinering af anlaegsarbejders udforelse samt test og idriftsaettelse, herunder udarbejdelse af tidsplan for detteEndeligt omfang og betingelser for arbejdets udforelse vil fremga af udbudsmaterialet.Entreprisens gennemforelse kraever radighed over folgende kompetencer mv.:a) Den eller dem, der skal foresta planlaegningen af entreprisens gennemforelse samt projekteringsarbejdet skal have erfaring med arbejder pa renseanlaeg - herunder det forhold, at arbejderne pa de respektive anlaegsdele vil forega i mens omkringliggende anlaegsdele vil vaere i drift.b) Erfaring med smedearbejder pa renseanlaeg.c) Uddannede smede med certifikat til svejsning i rustfrit stal og stor erfaring med smedearbejder i rustfrit stal, herunder specielt rorarbejder.d) Montage- og vaerkstedsfaciliteter, der sikrer, at arbejder med rustfrit stal kan ske pa en handvaerksmaessig forsvarlig made og uden at der sker sammenblanding med ovrige stalkvaliteter.e) Erfaring med el-arbejder pa renseanlaeg.f) Erfaring med udforelse af ATEX-installationer.Awards
