Udbuddet er gennemfort som salg af del af kommunens faste ejendom i henhold til kommunestyrelsesloven SS 68, bekendtgorelse nr. 799 af 24.6.2011 og udbudsdirektivet 2004/18 afsnit III), om koncession.Byradet har gennem udbuddet onsket at indga aftale med en privat virksomhed/konsortium, som vil erhverve Torvet og herpa udfore og drive en Parkeringskaelder, der sammen med ovrige parkeringstilbud i Silkeborg midtby kan medvirke til at opfylde nuvaerende savel som fremtidige behov for parkeringspladser i midtbyen herunder i relation til det kommende citycenter.Projektet skal opfores pa en ejendom, som samtidig hermed udbydes af Silkeborg Kommune. Ejendommen bestar af et omrade, der er udlagt til parkering. Samlet er ejendommen pa ca. 4 615 m2. Pa ejendommen skal tilbudsgiveren som koncessionshaver anlaegge og drive de parkeringsfaciliteter, som er naermere fastlagt i udbudsmaterialet.Awards
