Kokkenet pa Exners Plads har status som et anretterkokken, men er udstyret som et lille produktionskokken.Tilbudsgiver ma have adgang til at kunne producere en del af maden i et andet kokken, end det der er pa Exners Plads.Udbuddet omfatter den totale drift af kantinen, som dagligt betjener fra 200 og op til ca. 300 studerende og 100 ansatte med morgenmad, snacks og frokost ugens hverdage.
