Der er tale om udbud af en frivillig rammeaftale med en leverandor. Begrebet frivillighed skal forstas som, at ordregiver ikke onsker at garantere en obligatorisk aftale og/eller en bestemt omsaetning. Resultatet af naervaerende udbud samt den faktiske driftssituation kan give anledning til aendringer. Udbuddet omfatter ikke storkokkener, akutte indkob og indkob af okologiske og konventionelle fodevarer med et paedagogisk/laeringsmaessigt formal, samt udbringning af okologiske og konventionelle fodevarer til mindre kokkener. Udvalget skal minimum besta af de mest gaengse friske frugter og gront samt diverse variable saesonafhaengige frugter og gront. Antallet af stykker frugt, der bestilles er meget svingende, men for hovedparten af bestillingerne af frugtkasser sker udbringning ca. 45 uger pr. ar. Udbringning skal ske op til 2 gange ugentligt.Awards
