Opgaven udbydes i hovedentreprise.Der er tale om opforelsen af en moderne skolebygning til brug for voksenundervisning. Nybyggeriet udfores som et kubisk volumen med abne indgangsfacader mod Tarnvej og Egegardsvej. Bygningen skal opfores i 5 etager, hvor den overste etage bestar af en aben tagterrasse, trappe/ tekniktarne og et storre ovenlysvindue. Bygningen skal desuden have et abent atrium i midten, som gar fra ovenlysvinduet og ned gennem de ovrige etager, hvor hver enkelt etage har abne faellesarealer ud mod dette atrium. Facaderne kommer til at fremsta med en aben karakter med slyngrensede og lakerede aluminiums-lameller monteret pa husets betonvaegge.Bygherre forventer et nybyggeri af meget hoj kvalitet.Awards
